The following Package Terms & Conditions define the payment terms, termination conditions, and limitations of Autopix packages and is linked to Autopix’s online Agreement. By completing the online agreement, you confirm your selection of a specific package and agree to the associated terms. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your choice of package.
These Package Terms supplement—and in the event of conflict are subordinate to—the Autopix General Terms & Conditions.
Autopix provides two distinct services, “Express” and “Plus”, each tailored to different user needs. Both services offer flexibility with three package options: Small, Medium and Large, designed to accommodate varying image editing requirements and volumes.
Express Service - The Express service utilises AI-powered technology to deliver fast, efficient image editing, typically completed within minutes. This service includes features such as background removal, optimised floor and background replacements, and logo placement. Users also benefit from access to Standard Photo Guides designed for up to 20, 30 or 60 images per car, ensuring a streamlined editing process. For convenience, the service provides 30-day image storage and responsive online customer support. To achieve the best results, users are encouraged to follow the Standard Photo Guide during the image capture process.
Plus Service - The Plus service combines advanced AI processing with manual quality enhancements, offering next-day delivery and a focus on precision through stringent quality control measures. This service includes features such as advanced and custom photo guides, enhanced floors and backgrounds, logo and licence plate addition, and mirror editing for a professional finish. Users also have access to onboarding support and unlimited team members for collaborative projects. Additional benefits include company analytics, 30-day image storage, and phone support available in Norwegian and English.

Package Options - The Small and Medium packages apply to orders of up to 10 images or 20 images per car, respectively, making it ideal for standard editing needs. The Large package accommodates larger orders, exceeding 20 images and up to a maximum of 60 images per car. This option provides users with greater flexibility for more extensive image editing requirements.
Fees for Autopix packages vary depending on the selected service and package option. All fees are displayed at the time of signup and may be updated periodically. All fees are exclusive of applicable VAT, which will be added to your invoice.
Invoices are issued at the start of each calendar month and reflect usage for the previous month. By completing this agreement, you authorise Autopix to invoice your company for the applicable fees based on the usage recorded for that period. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all payment information provided to Autopix is accurate and up-to-date.
Invoices are due for payment within ten (10) days of issuance. Payments must be made via direct bank transfers. Failure to pay invoices on time may result in the suspension or termination of services until all outstanding fees are fully paid.
Late invoices may accrue statutory interest and collection costs pursuant to Directive 2011/7/EU, as implemented in Norwegian law.
This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled by either party.
User Cancellation - Users may cancel their package at any time by sending an email to hello@autopix.no. Cancellation will take effect one (1) full calendar month after the end of the current billing period, during which time the user will retain access to the services.
Termination by Autopix - Autopix reserves the right to terminate access to services without notice or refund in cases of non-compliance, misuse, or breach of these terms.
Each package includes specific usage limits, such as the number of image uploads, edits, and storage durations, as detailed in the respective plan descriptions. Users are expected to comply with these limits to ensure optimal service delivery.
Account Access: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring they are not shared with unauthorised individuals.
Minimum Usage: There is no minimum number of images required per order. However, orders containing between one (1) and sixty (60) images of the same vehicle will be charged the full price for the selected service (Express or Plus).
Fair Usage Policy: Each order must pertain to images of a single vehicle. Orders containing images of multiple vehicles are prohibited. For example, users may not submit one order with 60 images for three different vehicles (20 images per car for example). Any violations of this policy may result in the order being rejected, additional charges being applied, or the suspension of services at Autopix’s discretion.
Delivery Times: Plus users may select from three delivery options: 24-hour (standard), 12-hour, or 3-hour delivery. The 12-hour option incurs a fee equal to twice the standard rate, and the 3-hour option incurs a fee equal to three times the standard rate. These delivery options are subject to availability, and Autopix reserves the right to decline expedited requests due to capacity or other operational constraints. Users will be notified promptly if their expedited request cannot be fulfilled.
Data Collection and Use: Autopix collects and processes personal and usage data in accordance with its standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By completing this agreement, you consent to Autopix’s data handling practices, including the collection, storage, and processing of data necessary for service delivery and operational improvements.
Image Storage: Uploaded images are stored for 30 days unless an unlimited storage plan is selected. Users are encouraged to download or back up their images promptly, as Autopix cannot guarantee image availability beyond the specified storage period.
Data Security: While every effort is made to ensure data security, Autopix cannot guarantee absolute protection against all potential risks.
Use of Images for Training: To enhance and improve the services provided, Autopix may use uploaded images (both input and output) for training purposes, including the development and refinement of its AI and image processing technologies. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to this use.
User Content and Upload Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content complies with applicable laws and Autopix’s policies. Only content owned by the user or for which the user has obtained proper rights may be uploaded. Prohibited uploads include copyrighted material without authorisation, illegal or offensive content, and files containing harmful software. Uploaded images must accurately represent the subject and not be misleading regarding its actual condition. Any violations of these obligations may result in rejected uploads, account suspension, or service termination. Users are liable for damages or legal consequences arising from non-compliance.
Exclusions: Under no circumstances shall Autopix, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Automation and Image Output: Autopix provides image editing and processing services, including automated and AI-driven outputs. While every effort is made to ensure high accuracy, Autopix does not guarantee that automated processes, AI-generated results, or image outputs will meet specific quality, accuracy, or suitability standards for the user’s intended purpose. Autopix is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results in the image output, or for any reliance on such outputs by the user.
Image Editing Limitations: Autopix’s AI and manual editors do not alter the physical appearance of vehicles, including but not limited to the removal of damage, scratches, or any enhancements that change the car’s actual condition. Requests for such modifications will be refused to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, thereby avoiding potential liability for both Autopix and the user.
Scope of Liability: Autopix shall not be held responsible for any errors, delays, interruptions, or other issues in performance caused by factors beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to internet outages, software bugs, third-party service failures, or circumstances classified as force majeure.
Warranties: The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties, except as required by mandatory consumer law. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Autopix does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure services, including the performance of automated features or outputs.
Jurisdiction: This agreement, and any disputes or claims arising from it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between the parties, both agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If mediation does not lead to a resolution, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Oslo, Norway, in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English or Norwegian, as agreed upon by the parties.
Autopix reserves the right to amend this agreement, including pricing and service terms, as necessary to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, or other considerations. Users will be provided with at least thirty (30) days' notice for any changes to pricing or key terms. Notifications will be sent via email or posted within the user account portal.
Continued use of the services after the effective date of any amendments constitutes the user’s acceptance of the updated terms.
