Approve Your Order

Once your order is in "Approval Required" status, click the "Orders" tab and if you are happy, click the "Approve Order" button.

Send to Billink

Only using Billink:

Click the "Send to Billink" directly.

Using multiple integrations:

Click "Publish" and choose Billink from the list.

Select Shop and Vehicle

Choose the shop you want your order to be sent to, then select vehicle registration or VIN and click "Send". Your images will be processed and appear on Billink’s platform.

i Processing takes up to 5 minutes depending on image count

Open Orders

Once your order is in "Approval Required" status, tap "Orders".

Select Order

Select the order by tapping the arrow.

Send to Billink

Only using Billink:

Review the images and tap "Send to Billink".

Using multiple integrations:

Select Billink from the list of all your integrations, tap "Continue" and then "Send to Billink".

Select shop and car registration number and tap "Send". Your images will be processed and appear on Billink’s platform.
