You can easily check your order status at any time. We will also send you an email notification once your order is complete and ready for review.

Status details
Drafts: Only visible to you. You can add more images and upload them anytime.
Uploaded: Images are successfully delivered to our platform and will be processed soon.
In progress: Images are being processed according to your selected template.
QC in progress: Quality Control team is reviewing the order, to ensure that images match your instructions. (*Available only for PLUS. Learn more )
Approval Required: Processing is complete and your images are ready for your review. Edited images can be checked directly on the mobile app.
Approved: Images are ready to be downloaded or published directly to your preferred platform.
Note: With standard storage, approved orders are kept in the system for 30 days. You can upgrade anytime to unlimited storage.
