How to check status of my order?
You can easily check your order status at any time. We will also send you an email notification once your order is complete and ready for review.
How to check your order
- Log in to your account.
- Click Orders in the side-bar.
- View your list of orders and their current statuses.
- Tap on any specific order to see additional details.
Status details
Drafts: Only visible to you. You can add more images and upload them anytime.
In progress: Images are being processed according to your selected template.
QC in progress: Quality Control team is reviewing the order, to ensure that images match your instructions. (*Available only for PLUS. Learn more )
Review: Processing is complete and your images are ready for your review. Edited images can be checked directly on the mobile app.
Completed: Images are ready to be downloaded or published directly to your preferred platform.
Note: With standard storage, approved orders are kept in the system for 30 days. You can upgrade anytime to unlimited storage.
