You can easily check status of your order at any time. We will also provide updates when it’s completed to be reviewed on your email.

1. Log in to your account
2. After signing in, tap Orders in the bottom navigation.
3. All your orders will be displayed with current status
4. To see additional details, tap on the order

Status review:

Drafts: Only visible to you. You can add more images and upload them anytime.

Uploaded: Images are successfully delivered to our platform and will be processed soon.

In progress: Images are being processed according to your selected template

QC in progress: Quality Control team is reviewing the order, to ensure that images match your instructions. (*Available only for PLUS. Learn more )

Approval Required: Processing is complete and your images are ready for your review. Edited images can be checked directly on the mobile app.

Approved: Images are ready to be downloaded or published directly to your preferred platform. With standard storage, approved orders are kept in the system for 30 days. You can upgrade anytime for unlimited storage.)
