Car surfaces reflect everything around them, from the sky and trees to nearby buildings. A polarization lens filters those reflections, giving your photos a crisp, realistic look.
How to Use the Autopix Polarization Lens
-
Attach the Lens
Clip the Autopix Polarization Lens securely over your phone’s main camera.
Make sure the lens is centered and fully covers the camera.
-
Open the Autopix App Camera
Launch the Autopix app and open the camera.
-
Adjust the Polarization
Rotate the front ring of the lens slowly while looking at the car through your screen. You’ll see reflections and glare change as you turn. Stop when the reflections look minimal and the colors appear natural.
-
Capture the Photo
Once you’re happy with how it looks, take the photo in the app.
Tips for Best Results
- Use in bright or sunny conditions for maximum polarization effect.
- Avoid over-rotation — too much can make glass appear too dark.
- Keep the lens clean with a soft cloth before use.
- Store it safely in its case to prevent scratches or dust buildup.
Troubleshooting:
Reflections still visible?
Try rotating the lens more slowly — the effect depends on the light angle.
Photo looks darker than expected?
Adjust exposure in the Autopix camera or move to a brighter area.
Lens alignment issues?
Reclip and center the lens carefully over your main camera lens.
